Welcome to www.samsmarine.ca (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any services provided by Sam’s Marine. By accessing or using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  • The Site is provided for informational and booking purposes related to our marine services.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making inquiries, service requests, or bookings.

Services

  • Sam’s Marine provides marine services including, but not limited to, inspections, maintenance, repairs and other related offerings.

  • Services will be carried out based on the information provided by the customer and the condition of the vessel upon inspection.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable.

Estimates, Deposits, and Payments

  • Any estimate provided is an approximation and may change once full inspection or work has begun.

  • Deposits may be required for certain services before work commences.

  • Payment in full is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be outlined at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 36 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee.

  • Sam’s Marine reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure vessels are accessible, safe, and properly insured before service begins.

  • Customers are responsible for disclosing all relevant information about the vessel’s condition.

  • Sam’s Marine is not responsible for pre-existing damages, defects, or unsafe conditions.

Limitation of Liability

  • While every effort is made to provide professional and reliable service, Sam’s Marine is not liable for:

    • Incidental or consequential damages.

    • Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or unforeseen events.

    • Any damage arising from undisclosed vessel conditions.

  • Our liability, in any case, is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.

Warranties and Guarantees

  • Services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, except where specifically stated in writing.

  • Any service guarantees will be documented and provided directly to the customer.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sam’s Marine or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
